Stringent process technology requirements apply in the production of food and pharmaceuticals - which makes our tried-and-tested LEWA Ecoflow diaphragm metering pump in sanitary/hygienic design ideally suited to such applications.
The sanitary/hygienic design combines the strengths of ecoflow, such as extreme metering accuracy and absolute reliability, with special adaptations for use in hygienic conditions, such as minimal dead space and polished surfaces. All surfaces of the pumps are mechanically polished (1.4571: RA < 0.8 µm) or electro-polished (1.4435: RA < 0.5 µm).
