The Ecoflow diaphragm process pump is the "big sibling" of the Ecoflow diaphragm metering pump. It is the world's most advanced pump of its kind and the right solution for almost all applications in process technology requiring high discharge pressures.

The tried-and-tested modular system makes it possible to combine various pump heads and drive units in variable modular construction with an in-line or boxer design.

The pump features tried-and-tested, patented LEWA DPS diaphragm technology, absolutely secure and reliable operation and the world’s most compact design for a process pump. It also has the advantages of a long service life, minimal life cycle costs and high energy efficiency.
It is available in six different sizes, covering plunger rod forces from 35000 to 300000 N. This allows its use in a wide variety of processes and applications to fulfil a wide range of requirements.

LEWA high-pressure plunger pumps are primarily used in the oil, gas, petrochemicals and refineries industries. They work against high pressures that occur when pumping and conditioning crude oil and natural gas.
Our high-pressure pumps are robust, quiet, efficient, cost-saving and, thanks to their double-helical gear unit, practically free of axial load. Their space and weight-saving design makes them ideally suited for offshore applications, such as on drilling platforms.
Each pump is configured to the customers' specifications with a flexible selection of materials, special offshore designs and painting according to customer requirements. In addition, Lewa integrate and configure additional accessories according to the specific application, e.g. pulsation dampers or safety valves in accordance with ASME and API standards.
